For this purpose EIVA has a fully equipped electronic workshop and a team of highly specialized electronics engineers capable of providing warranty repairs, technical service and field support, maintenance and repair etc. as well as system integration and installation. Our technical personnel have attended training courses in troubleshooting and repair and we are official certified by our principals for carrying out said type of work.
The services provided also include participation in mobilization and commissioning of survey systems as well as post-processing services. Our technical knowledge of the instrumentation used by the survey industry is extremely broad and our technicians are skilled users of our own software product suite.
We have many years of offshore experience through participation in a wide range of hydrographic surveys all over the world, as technicians, engineers, operators, or acting as client’s representative.
